Long Beach State Softball
The Long Beach State softball team took on the then No. 1 ranked Oklahoma on February 9, 2025; a team who won the national championship back in 2024. The Beach fought a defensive chess-match against the Sooners but Long Beach State lost 2-0 in extra innings.
